Summer Strawberry Caprese Salad

  • 150 grams of mini mozzarella balls
  • 250 grams of fresh strawberries, tops removed and halved
  • 250 grams of assorted colored cherry tomatoes, halved
  • A bunch of fresh basil, torn
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 tblsp. of olive oil
  • A drizzle of good quality balsamic vinegar

In a salad bowl add the mozzarella, strawberries, tomatoes, basil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper and gently fold the ingredients together. Finish the salad by drizzling the olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar over the top and gently combine. Serve immediately.
