Floral Rosé Punch

  • 2.5 litres of sparkling water
  • 750 ml rosé wine
  • 560 ml of prosecco, dry
  • 2/3 cup Soda Press Co. Old Fashioned Pink Lemonade syrup*
  • 1 fresh lime, sliced finely
  • 1 fresh lemon, finely sliced
  • 1 small pink grapefruit, sliced finely and quartered
  • 25 grams of fresh edible flowers
  • 10 fresh basil leaves

In a large punch bowl gently pour the sparkling water, rosé wine, prosecco and old fashioned pink lemonade syrup in and stir to combine gently.

To serve top with small slices of fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit, edible flowers and fresh basil leaves.

This punch is also perfect with fresh berries, peaches and nectarines.

*It is possible to substitute the pink lemonade syrup with 1.5 litres of pink lemonade or regular lemonade with 1 litre of sparkling water, replacing the syrup and 2.5 litres of sparkling water.
